Former Arsenal defender has been without a club since
leaving Galatasaray at the end of last season.
Emmanuel Eboue was a first-team regular for the Turkish
giants in his first couple of years with the club but he fell out of favour
with Cesare Prandelli, before being released at the end of last season.
Eboue is relieved to have left Turkey and has blamed the
Italian boss for maltreatment in Galatasaray. Eboue claims that the club’s
president told Prandelli not to pick him and former Arsenal centre-back then
went on to spend a year playing for the Under 21 side.
Having finished his dismal spell in Turkey, Emmanuel
Eboue now looks forward to the new chapter of his career and has confessed to
The Sun via Daily Mail that he would be keen to make a return to
Emirates.
“The way I was treated in Galatasaray was very unfair. We
are currently looking for options but I’d love to come back to Arsenal”, Eboue
was quoted.
